After a listen, first thing you've probably notice about Gin Wigmore is her grating voice oscillating inside your eardrums. With a style that reminiscence me of Ida Maria and Duffy, Gin Wigmore is little by little becoming my next guilty pleasure. This is the kind of songs you listen everytime you plan on being oblivious to the surroundings while attempting to take on a cool hermit poise. LOL. This band is a definite long-delayed post. When I receive a newsletter or recommendation, I dont obligely post them right away. I listen to their music instead of criticizing them. Everyone should try it, it will limit the percentage of so-called music fanatics who claim they've heard a song but really haven't. I know, I know... I have issues. Anyway, who is Fredrik? The band who brought us 'Black Fur' fluxes auric pleasure with imaginative chronicles. They also subdued folk songs with taunting patterns. I like that. Radiohead is currently having a contest where anyone can upload their remix of 'Reckoner'. I think this is a very neat way of promoting their sound as well as encouraging the further madness and fascination of electro. Im starting to be an electro manic individual myself. +/- As usual, those who gets the highest votes and least vetoes gets the pie. Now my inbox is overflowing with Reckoner Remixes.
